Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal and external reporting standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into financial and operational performance.
• Aggregate and integrate data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Act as the subject matter expert for BI tools, providing training and support to team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial management, with proven expertise in BI tools like Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Strong experience with financial systems, ERP tools, and data integration techniques.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
