What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a small team of network specialists.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Take ownership of network security, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies, including Fortinet and Cisco platforms (experience in these is a strong advantage).
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality network solutions to clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, ensuring professional growth and development.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer/Architect, with a track record of leading or mentoring teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet and Cisco network equipment ; NSE qualifications and Cisco certifications are a plus .
- Expertise in network architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluency in German is required; English language skills are a plus.
