Overview:

My customer focused within the BI & CPM consulting space are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow their Power BI practice. This role involves driving enterprise-wide adoption of Power BI, fostering a data-driven culture, and delivering innovative analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the roadmap, aligning with organizational analytics goals. Advocate Power BI as the enterprise analytics standard.
• Establish governance, best practices, and reusable Power BI assets to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Power BI experts while fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Guide advanced Power BI development, data modeling, and integration with enterprise systems. Collaborate with IT to ensure robust data infrastructure.
• Partner with business units to understand analytics needs, deliver impactful solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
• Monitor Power BI impact, address performance issues, and continuously refine processes based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in analytics Proven expertise in Power BI and scaling CoEs.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling), SQL, and data integration. Cloud and modern data tools knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
